After completing her M.B.B.S in 2005 from Prestigious Manipal University she decided to pursue her career in the stream of Pathology since it is the foundation of all clinical medicine that covers every aspect of patient care, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.She completed her Post-graduation & training in Pathology from Manipal University in 2009 where she underwent thorough training & expertise in the field of Hematology, Cytology, Histopathology, Blood banking & Immunology and has an excellent diagnostic acumen for Hematology, Cytology & histopathology. She was also involved in establishing ANR Labs in a NABH Accredited Small Health care Hospital, ANR Hospital in New Jawahar Nagar in 2012& is also a part time Consultant Pathologist and Blood Transfusion Officer at Kidney Hospital &Lifeline Medical Institutions, Cool Road.

Dr. Garima has been trained in Quality Management Systems and is an Internal Auditor in Medical Labs as per ISO 15189-2012.

Areas of interest – Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Cytopathology & Clinical Biochemistry.
